Bill Lunsford - PDCA Scholarship Fund Trustees

A Restricted Fund has been established known as the Bill Lunsford PDCA Scholarship Fund. The Fund consists of voluntary contributions by Councils, Chapters Member and friends of Arizona Council, Painting and Decorating Contractors of America. There shall be six trustees, at least three, but no more than five of which shall be past Chapter or Council presidents. The remaining trustees shall be active or honorary members. Two trustees shall be appointed each year to serve a three (3) year term. Trustees are hereby empowered and authorized to prescribe, promulgate, adopt and enforce all rules and regulations concerning the administration of this Fund. The conduct of the Fund and its administration shall be within the meaning of Section 501-C 3 of the U.S. Internal Revenue Code and shall conform to all other applicable laws and regulations.
