We have implemented a RSVP policy because of recurring problems with inaccurate headcounts being given to restaurants leading to problems with space and increased meeting expenses. 

RSVPS ARE NOW REQUIRED BY THE DEADLINE LISTED.  If you do not RSVP you will be billed at the higher rate of $35. 

CANCELLATION ARE ALSO REQUIRED BY THE DEADLINE LISTED or you will be charged at the $25 rate regardless of attendance (the restaurant still charges us for your meal).
