The Mobile Monk Community Outreach Program
featuring M.L. Cerpok
Personal Development Center provides group and individual wellness programs through Mobile Monk Community Outreach. The classes offered are suited to all individuals inclusive of age, gender, or current physical health. The training we provide has proven to increase individual productivity, enhance mental and physical health, and create a more positive work and home environment. The lessons are applicable to businesses, schools, athletes, as well as parents and their families. The techniques we teach are the result of M.L. Cerpok’s thirty years of study in Eastern and Western philosophy combined with his thirty-five years of practice in traditional martial arts. These techniques include, but are not limited to, the breathing discipline of Zazen, the moving meditation of Kokyuu no Kata, and lectures focused on Zen philosophy or “simply seeing all things simply.” Since 1989, M.L. Cerpok has shared tales of his incredible life journey with thousands of people through lectures, seminars, and books. His humorous and energetic presentations start audiences on a path of self discovery that lasts a lifetime. A unique aspect of his teachings is that the lessons can be tailored to meet the needs of any age group and for any type of organization. From elementary schools to universities, from government agencies to religious organizations, and from chambers of commerce to fundraisers, M.L. Cerpok delights and inspires all who attend! |

How about a person who combines those attributes with a deep knowledge and understanding of concepts that most would struggle to understand, yet transmits those concepts so effortlessly that you you can't believe that you didn't think of them yourself.
